You will assist customers, handle transactions, stock shelves, and maintain store cleanliness. This part-time role is based in Traverse City and requires strong communication and reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, and climbing.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and respectful store environment.
• Perform cleaning and restocking of bathrooms, floors, and trash.
• Other duties as assigned.
