Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Part-time Customer Service Associate to join our team and deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. You will assist customers, handle sales at the register, and help keep the store stocked and clean.

The role requires excellent customer service, strong communication, and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs. Prior retail or related experience is preferred, with a friendly, team-oriented approach to daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked, and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment in accordance with productivity standards.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, and trash.
