Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. You will assist customers with questions, process transactions at the register, and help keep the store stocked and clean.

The part-time role requires reliability, strong communication, and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs while moving merchandise. Retail or service experience is preferred, and you will work with a friendly team to create a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, bending, and reaching.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Process sales transactions at the assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
