Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team and deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. You will assist customers, handle sales transactions at the register, and keep the store stocked and clean.

Qualified applicants typically have a high school diploma or equivalent and prior retail or customer service experience. Part-time position at our Parchment, Michigan location with opportunities for growth and development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or similar environments is highly preferred.
• Able to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and associates.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, and trash.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
