Dollar Tree Stores INC is looking for a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, manage transactions at the register, and help keep the store stocked and clean.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and showcase strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills while maintaining a positive, safe environment for shoppers and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret documents.
• Ability to lift 30-50 lbs and stand/walk frequently.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Process sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and unload trucks; stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and coworkers.
• Keep store clean, including bathrooms, floors, and trash removal.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
