Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC seeks a Customer Service Associate to join our team and deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. You will assist shoppers, handle transactions, stock shelves, unload deliveries, and keep the store clean and welcoming across shifts.

We value strong customer service, reliability, and teamwork. This is a part-time role with opportunities to learn and grow within the store’s operations and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery or drug store is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Process sales transactions at the assigned cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Stock shelves and merchandise, unload trucks as needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness, restrooms, floors, trash and presentation.
• Provide a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
