The HomeGoods team at The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Ohio to deliver an exceptional shopping experience.

You will greet customers, process transactions, maintain merchandise presentation, and support store standards including loss prevention. You should be able to work a flexible schedule, communicate clearly, multitask, and lift items as needed while collaborating with peers and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience through engagement and organization.
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs and maintains merchandising standards.
• Prepares merchandise for the sales floor and participates in store recovery.
• Supports safety, labor policies, and loss prevention initiatives.
• Works with peers and supervisors to meet store goals.
