The role may be cross-trained across areas to support business needs. This position emphasizes strong service, accuracy in transactions, and promotion of credit/loyalty programs while upholding store policies and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer according to procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains merchandising standards and follows established procedures.
• Prepares merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures.
• Supports store recovery and maintains cleanliness throughout the day.
