Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Florida to provide outstanding shopping experiences. You will assist customers, handle sales at the register, maintain cash security, and help keep the store stocked and clean.

The role emphasizes friendly, professional interactions with customers and team members, with duties that include receiving merchandise and restocking areas as needed. Part-time opportunities may exist with weekend shifts and varying hours.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail, hospitality, grocery, or drug store experience preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision‑making skills are required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well‑stocked, and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment in accordance with productivity standards.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment while maintaining professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness throughout the store, including cleaning and restocking bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out the trash, and ensuring all areas are neat and presentable.
