Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions at the register, and help with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.

The role requires strong customer service, organizational and communication skills, plus the ability to lift 30–50 lbs and work in a fast-paced retail environment. This is a part-time on-site position at our Florida location.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Capable of lifting 30–50 lbs and standing/walking for long periods.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect assets.
• Stock replenishment and merchandise recovery.
• Unloading trucks and receiving merchandise.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful store environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
