Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team and deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. You will assist customers, handle sales at the register, and help keep the store stocked and clean.

Responsibilities include receiving merchandise, unloading, restocking, and maintaining a safe, respectful environment while interacting professionally with customers and associates. Part-time role located in Titusville, FL.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Must be able to read and follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs. and perform tasks requiring frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and participate in unloading, stock replenishment, and productivity standards.
