Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team and provide a great shopping experience for every customer in our Florida location.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, handling sales transactions, stocking merchandise, and maintaining store cleanliness and safety. The role emphasizes friendly interactions, teamwork, and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and handle frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations and manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets while delivering friendly service.
• Keep the store well-stocked and assist with merchandise unloading and replenishment.
• Maintain cleanliness of the store, restrooms, floors, and all areas to ensure a neat appearance.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
