Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team and deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. This role is part-time and based at Crawfordville, FL.

You will assist customers, process transactions, stock shelves, and help maintain a clean, safe store environment. We value friendly, reliable team players with strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks (standing, walking, bending).
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and unload trucks, stock replenishment according to productivity standards.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with professionals interactions.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including restrooms, floors, trash, and neat presentation.
• Other duties as assigned.
