Job summary

Dollar Tree seeks a Customer Service Associate in Florida to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions at the register, and help keep the store stocked and organized.

The role requires maintaining a clean, safe, and friendly store environment, supporting unloading and stocking, and performing other duties as needed. This is a part-time, in-store position at Dollar Tree.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs. and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the assigned cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise as needed.
• Receive merchandise and help unload trucks; stock replenishment.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Keep store clean and presentable, including bathrooms and floors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
