Job summary

Family Dollar LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team and deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. You will assist customers, handle transactions, and help keep the store stocked and clean.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or similar environments is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical duties as needed.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive and stock merchandise, help unload trucks, replenish stock.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
