The Michaels Companies, Inc. is seeking a part-time Retail - Service Team Member for the Mt. Pleasant, SC store.

You will deliver friendly customer service, help customers locate products, and ensure a fast checkout with proper cash handling. You’ll also unload trucks, stock merchandise, and maintain planograms to keep the store well merchandised. Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.
• Able to lift boxes and navigate stock rooms when needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help shoppers find products.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience with cash handling to standards.
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Support omni-channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enroll them where applicable.
• Maintain store recovery, ensure well-merchandised in-stock conditions.
• Follow SOPs and company programs; promote a positive image.
