Michaels Charleston West Ashley, SC store is seeking team members to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers find products, and ensure a fast, accurate checkout experience.

You will participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram maintenance, while supporting Omni channel tasks like BOPIS and SFS. If you value a positive, helpful store environment, this role is for you.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.
• Comfort with cash handling and checkout standards.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes
• Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance including returns and stock in-store
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and Company programs; follow policies
• Interact with others professionally; promote the company vision and values
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
• Other duties as assigned
• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred
