Family Dollar is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience at our Lake View, SC store. You will assist customers, handle transactions at the register, and maintain a clean and organized storefront.

The role requires the ability to lift 30–50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in a team-driven environment. Part-time hours and a friendly, professional atmosphere are offered to support career development and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience in retail or similar environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked, and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment while maintaining professional interactions.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, and trash.
• Other duties as assigned.
