Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to provide a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions, and help maintain a clean, organized store in Ishpeming, Michigan. Part-time role with opportunities to grow within a nationwide retailer.

The position requires strong customer service, reliability, and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs. Previous retail experience is preferred; HS diploma preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and read operational documents.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent standing and walking.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organization and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Process sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Stock shelves and recover merchandise; unload trucks as needed.
• Keep the store clean and restock restrooms.
• Provide a safe, friendly environment and follow store protocols.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
