Job summary

Michaels is seeking a store team member to assist customers, locate products, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience. The role includes unloading trucks, stocking shelves, and maintaining a well-merchandised, in-stock store environment across our Kissimmee location.

Responsibilities include promoting the Rewards program, enrolling customers in Private Label Credit Cards, supporting Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store processes, and following SOPs while upholding Michaels’

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift/move items as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in-store with locating products and providing solutions.
• Handle checkout with cash handling to standards.
• Promote and enroll customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Inform customers about the Voice of Customer survey and collect feedback.
• Support omnichannel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and maintaining planograms (POGs).
• Maintain in-stock conditions, support merchandise recovery, and adhere to SOPs.
