Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and enrollments.
• Educate customers on VOC survey.
• Assist with Omni-channel processes including BOPIS and SFS.
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Maintain in-stock store and merchandise recovery; handle returns.
