Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. is hiring at our Biddeford, ME location. You will help customers shop, locate products, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience.

The role includes unloading trucks, stocking, and maintaining store standards to deliver our brand promises. Responsibilities include assisting customers with purchases, enrollments in Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards, and involvement in omni-channel processes such as BOPIS and SFS.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least sixteen (16) years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in locating products and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout and handle cash to standard.
• Promote Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.
• Support omni-channel processes including Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Unloading trucks, stocking, and maintaining planograms (POGs).
• Ensure in-stock merchandize and recover damaged items; assist with safety and shrink programs.
