Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a positive, empathetic and professional attitude.
• Engage in active listening, confirm information and diffuse upset customers as needed.
• Assist all internal and external customers professionally.
• After competency approval, complete bracing as needed including: examine, interview, and measure patients for appliance needs.
• Fit, test, and evaluate devices for proper fit, function and comfort.
• Instruct patients in use and care of orthoses/prostheses and related products.
• Maintain patient records and coordinate with physicians on specifications.
