Job summary

Michaels is hiring at the Naples, FL store to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers find products, and ensure a fast checkout. You will participate in truck unloads, stocking, and maintaining an organized, in-stock storefront aligned with company standards.

You’ll be cross-trained in framing sales, enroll customers in rewards and credit programs, and support omni-channel tasks like BOPIS and SFS.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to stand for long periods and move throughout the store
• Lift heavy boxes and climb ladders as needed
• Follow SOPs and company policies and safety standards

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide fast and friendly checkout with cash handling
• Enroll customers in the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram duties
• Maintain merchandise in-stock and perform recovery tasks
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
