Job summary

Michaels is seeking a Store Team Member at our Columbus, GA location to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers find products, and process fast, accurate checkouts. You will participate in truck unloading, stocking, and maintaining a well-merchandised, in-stock store while promoting rewards programs and private label credit cards.

Responsibilities include assisting with BOPIS/SFS, following SOPs, performing planogram duties, supporting shrink and safety programs, and cross-training in

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide fast, friendly checkout and cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and enroll them
• Educate customers on VOC survey
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS, SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes
• Maintain in-stock, merchandised store; complete recovery and go-back processes
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies; model positive behavior
• Cross train in Custom Framing selling and production
