The Leasing Agent will lease vacancies across RPM Realty Management’s shopping center portfolio, covering approximately 20 retail

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial real estate leasing experience.
• Landlord-side retail leasing experience required.
• Proven ability to source and convert prospective tenants.

Responsibilities

• Manage leasing of available spaces across the shopping center portfolio.
• Identify, prospect, and build relationships with qualified tenants and prospects.
• Respond to inquiries and generate new leasing opportunities.
• Conduct property tours for prospective tenants.
• Maintain an active pipeline and follow up on leads.
• Negotiate lease terms and business points with tenants.
• Coordinate lease execution and ensure smooth transition from prospect to tenant.

RPM Realty Management, LLC is seeking an experienced Commercial Leasing Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of commercial real estate leasing experience representing landlords, with a strong understanding of retail leasing and the ability to independently manage the leasing process from prospecting through execution.

The Leasing Agent will be responsible for leasing vacancies throughout RPM Realty Management’s shopping center portfolio, consisting of approximately 20 retail centers and 1 million square feet across the Tampa Bay area and Central Florida.

Responsibilities

• Manage the leasing of available spaces throughout the company’s retail shopping center portfolio
• Identify, prospect, and develop relationships with qualified tenants and prospective tenants
• Respond to leasing inquiries and actively generate new leasing opportunities
• Conduct property tours for prospective tenants
• Maintain an active pipeline of prospective tenants and follow up consistently
• Negotiate lease terms and business points with prospective tenants
• Work closely with property management and ownership throughout the leasing process
• Coordinate lease execution and ensure a smooth transition from prospect to tenant
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date leasing activity, prospect, and vacancy information
• Monitor market conditions, rental rates, competing properties, and tenant demand
• Represent RPM Realty Management professionally when communicating with tenants, brokers, and other industry professionals
