The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of commercial real estate leasing experience representing landlords, with a strong understanding of retail leasing and the ability to independently manage the leasing process from prospecting through execution.

The Leasing Agent will lease vacancies across RPM Realty Management’s shopping center portfolio, covering approximately 20 retail

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial real estate leasing experience.
• Landlord-side retail leasing experience required.
• Proven ability to source and convert prospective tenants.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and leasing opportunities simultaneously.
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.
• Strong knowledge of commercial real estate practices and the leasing process.

Responsibilities

• Manage leasing of available spaces across the shopping center portfolio.
• Identify, prospect, and build relationships with qualified tenants and prospects.
• Respond to inquiries and generate new leasing opportunities.
• Conduct property tours for prospective tenants.
• Maintain an active pipeline and follow up on leads.
• Negotiate lease terms and business points with tenants.
• Coordinate lease execution and ensure smooth transition from prospect to tenant.
• Maintain accurate leasing activity, prospect, and vacancy data.
• Monitor market conditions, rental rates, and tenant demand.
