Qualifications

• Provide training and coaching to Retail Counter team members on systems, processes, and customer service standards.
• Create and promote sales initiatives, contests, and incentive programs to drive performance.
• Conduct side-by-side coaching and training with retail team members.
• Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities to improve customer service and efficiency.
• Assist customers with product selection, warranties, returns, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with management on store initiatives, promotions, and projects.
• Foster a positive, customer-focused culture and team morale.
