Pick Your Part in Wichita seeks a hands-on Front Counter Associate to deliver excellent customer service and assist walk-in customers with parts searches. You will use inventory software to locate exact matches and manage transactions at the front counter.

The role requires strong communication, a customer-service background, and flexibility to work weekends. Automotive knowledge is preferred, with opportunities for growth in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service background required.
• Effective communication skills a must.
• High School diploma or GED; college coursework preferred.
• Prior automotive experience preferred.
• 2–3 years of customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in customers with in-person sales and parts searches.
• Identify parts using inventory software to match vehicles.
• Process cash/credit transactions at the front counter.
• Coordinate yard operations with parts pullers.
• Set up and maintain product displays to drive sales.
• Inspect returned parts and process credits or warranties.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
