Pick Your Part Southeast LLC is seeking a Retail Counter Lead to support daily counter operations, assist customers with parts and service questions, and uphold merchandising standards. You will lead a retail team, coach staff, and drive sales while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized store environment.

Responsibilities include training, coaching, inventory oversight, and collaboration with management on store initiatives and promotions.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, employees, and management.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to create and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and operational records.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily counter operations and assist customers with parts and service inquiries.
• Provide training and support to Retail Counter team on systems, processes, and standards.
• Drive sales through initiatives, contests, and coaching of team members.
• Monitor performance and identify improvements in service and efficiency.
• Oversee cash handling procedures and reconciliations.
