The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in retail building, excellent leadership skills, and a strong commitment to safety. This position involves significant travel and flexibility in scheduling to meet project demands.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in a Superintendent role required.
• 3+ years experience in retail, hospitality, fast-food, or fuel stations.
• Proficient in math skills and able to read construction documents.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of subcontractors and EWB personnel from start to finish.
• Document progress using ProCore and send daily reports.
• Coordinate all site construction activities and supervise field personnel.
