Job summary

Scott Humphrey Corporation is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to oversee fast-paced retail construction projects from preconstruction through closeout in Denver. You will manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and field operations to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities include developing and maintaining schedules, coordinating with Superintendents, procurement of long-lead items, and maintaining project documentation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a general contractor.
• Experience managing retail construction projects, including remodels or ground-up work.
• Ability to manage fast-paced schedules and multiple deadlines.
• Proficiency with CM software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or MS Project preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee retail construction projects from planning to closeout.
• Manage budgets, cost tracking, forecasting, and change orders.
• Develop and maintain aggressive project schedules with field teams.
• Coordinate procurement of long-lead materials and owner-furnished items.
• Maintain project documentation and communication with owners and subcontractors.
• Ensure safety, quality, and schedule performance across multiple projects.
