Scott Humphrey Corporation in the United States seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale mission critical construction projects. You will be onsite, work with Superintendents and trade partners, and ensure budget, schedule, and quality targets are met.

The role emphasizes on-site leadership, coordination with design teams, and proactive problem solving to keep projects on track from preconstruction through turnover.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction project management experience with a general contractor.
• Experience managing large or technically complex construction projects.
• Experience onsite with field teams and trade partners.
• Data center, mission critical, or similarly complex project experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of project financials, scheduling, procurement, contracts, and change management.
• Design-build experience highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Strong communication, organization, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage mission critical construction projects from preconstruction through turnover.
• Maintain a consistent onsite presence and stay connected to daily field operations.
• Coordinate safety, quality, sequencing, and schedule with Superintendents.
• Support Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers.
• Communicate with clients and provide regular project updates.
• Manage project budgets, forecasting, cost reporting, contracts, procurement, buyout, and change orders.
• Lead onsite meetings with OAC, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, design teams, and consultants.
• Track long-lead equipment, MEP coordination, and critical milestones.
• Identify project risks early and work with the team to resolve them.
• Coordinate commissioning, punch-list, and project turnover.
