Qualifications

• Experience managing commercial construction projects, preferably tenant improvements, interior build-outs, or renovation projects.
• Strong understanding of project budgeting, scheduling, and cost control.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Proven ability to lead teams and successfully deliver projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through project closeout.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely completion of milestones and deliverables.
• Organize and lead meetings with clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, and schedules, providing regular updates to leadership.
• Oversee construction activities to ensure compliance with safety standards, project specifications, and contract requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and subcontractors.
• Identify and resolve potential project challenges before they impact cost or schedule.
• Assist with project closeout, punch lists, final documentation, and warranty turnover.
