Qualifikationen

• Ability to read construction drawings and identify scope conflicts.
• Willingness to travel nationally for project assignments.
• Experience coordinating field activities and subcontractors.

Aufgaben

• Support Project Managers and Superintendents with daily coordination and execution of commercial construction projects.
• Assist with subcontractor scheduling, trade coordination, material deliveries, and jobsite logistics.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, drawing revisions, and project documentation to keep construction activities moving.
• Review construction drawings and specifications to identify scope conflicts and field challenges.
• Conduct regular jobsite walks to monitor progress, safety, and quality.
