Job summary

Scott Humphrey Corporation is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to oversee fast-paced retail construction projects from preconstruction through closeout in Phoenix. You will manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and field operations, coordinating with owners, architects, vendors, and field teams to deliver on-time, on-budget results.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of GC experience, a Bachelor’s in Construction Management or Engineering, and proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, or

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a general contractor.
• Experience managing retail construction projects, including remodels, ground-up, or rollout programs.
• Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Oversee retail construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Manage budgets, cost tracking, forecasting, subcontractor buyout, and change orders.
• Develop and maintain project schedules with field teams to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate with Superintendents to manage daily activities and milestones.
• Handle RFIs, submittals, contracts, POs, and project documentation.
• Communicate progress and delays with owners, clients, architects, and vendors.
