Job summary

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, architecture, or related field, and 5+ years in commercial/retail construction, with OSHA 30 preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, architecture, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial/retail construction, with direct experience in new store builds and tenant improvements/conversion projects.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of new store and conversion construction projects from pre-construction through turnover.
• Coordinate permitting, site prep, utilities, foundation, buildout, and store readiness.
• Review and manage scopes of work, contractor bids, site drawings, and pre-construction packages.
• Supervise contractors on-site to ensure quality, schedule adherence, and safety compliance.
• Track budgets and timelines using project management tools; manage change orders and cost savings.
