Job summary

Dollar Tree, Inc. is seeking an Architectural Project Manager in Chesapeake, VA to lead design, permitting, and construction documentation for new stores, relocations, and expansions.

You will coordinate internal teams with external A&E partners, manage schedules and budgets, and drive quality across multiple projects annually. You’ll apply knowledge of building codes and ADA, review lease exhibits, and collaborate with Real Estate, Construction, Store Planning, Logistics, and Operations to meet

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Architecture or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum of three years of architectural project management experience across multi-state retail.
• Ground-up construction experience required.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects in fast-paced retail development.
• Proficient with AutoCAD, Bluebeam Revu, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design and permitting for 50–70 projects annually.
• Coordinate A&E partners and communicate scope, schedule, and deliverables.
• Manage construction documentation quality, budgets, and schedule.
• Collaborate with Real Estate, Construction, Store Planning, and Operations.
