Executive Leadership Solutions is seeking a Construction Project Manager for an expanding convenience store company. You will oversee ground-up construction from concept to completion, ensuring schedules, budgets, and safety standards are met, with travel to sites as needed.

This remote position favors candidates in the southeastern US and requires strong communication, attention to detail, and experience with construction project management tools to coordinate diverse teams and vendors.

Qualifications

• Ground up construction experience of convenience stores.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Experience using construction project management software.
• Ability to work in fast-paced and fluid environments.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and manage construction projects from conception to completion.
• Execute construction projects to meet or reduce costs while maintaining quality and timelines.
• Assist with completion of final construction/permit plan sets.
• Solicit bids from contractors and other vendors.
• Review all construction drawings, schedules, and material orders and provide timely feedback on any issues or concerns.
• Coordinate with Superintendents and crews to meet schedule requirements and project timelines.
• Manage contractors, subcontractors, state agencies, and other field personnel as needed, in a manner that fosters good relationships.
• Visit the job site regularly to evaluate the sold design for issues and to ensure compliance with building and safety regulations.
• Submit a weekly status report for each project to leadership, to include (but not limited to) progress photos, budget, progress to-date and expected completion schedule for all jobs to stakeholders.
• Adhere to Company Bid Policy when selecting general contractors.
• Analyze, manage and mitigate risks.
• Ensure safety requirements are maintained on all job sites in accordance with OSHA.
• Process requests for information (RFIs) and change order requests, ensuring files contain all necessary documentation.
