Quick USA Inc. seeks a Senior Director of Construction to lead our store construction and facilities across locations.

You will steer planning, budgeting, and multi-site delivery, collaborating with Operations, Licensing, and external partners to ensure on-time, on-budget projects with high operational standards. The role demands a strategic leader with 10+ years in construction or facilities management, strong communication, and a track record of delivering large-scale projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in construction management, business management or related field.
• Ten or more years in construction or facilities management.
• Three or more years in a leadership role delivering multi-site projects.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic leadership for the construction department across all store locations.
• Conduct site surveys to assess feasibility and progress.
• Oversee maintenance planning for existing stores and delegation of repair requests.
• Coordinate new-store layouts and scheduling with internal and external teams.
• Review contracts, budgets, and procurement processes to improve efficiency.
