Michaels store in Plymouth Meeting, PA is hiring a customer-focused team member to assist shoppers, locate products, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience.

You will participate in truck unloading, restocking, and maintaining in-stock shelves while promoting store programs and policies. Prior retail or customer service experience preferred; ability to stand long hours and lift boxes is expected.

Qualifications

• Comfort promoting rewards programs and store services.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Maintain stock and merchandising; complete go-back and return processes.
