Job summary

Michaels Stores in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Store Associate to help customers, locate products, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience. You will engage shoppers, stock shelves, and support store operations with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities include assisting with BOPIS/SFS, participating in truck unload, maintaining planograms, and contributing to a well-merchandised, in-stock store. This is a frontline retail role in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move through the store.

Responsibilities

• Help customers locate products and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience with cash handling to standards.
• Enroll customers in the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Educate customers on VOC surveys.
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes.
• Maintain merchandise recovery and in-stock conditions; support store recovery.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
