Job summary

POP MART is seeking an organized Communications Operations Coordinator to unify internal messaging across North America. You will craft announcements, newsletters, and leadership messages, ensuring a consistent brand voice while supporting field teams with timely information and operational updates.

In this role, you will assist with rollout of policies, coordinate with Marketing, HR, and Leadership, and monitor customer feedback to drive improvements in the retail experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Exceptional written, verbal, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Experience supporting cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Draft, edit, and distribute clear, engaging communications to retail stores and Support Center teams.
• Maintain brand voice across internal communications.
• Coordinate communication plans for store openings, product launches, promotions, and initiatives.
• Develop toolkits and templates for consistent communications.
• Monitor customer feedback and help improve reputation and customer experience.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, HR, and Leadership to support business priorities.
