POP MART Americas is seeking an Operations Coordinator to oversee multiple ROBO Shop units, ensuring they are stocked, clean, and operational. You will manage field audits, restocks, and on-site installations, coordinating with internal teams to meet launch deadlines and performance standards.

You will recruit partners, respond to alerts, and support relocations and upgrades, with a focus on uptime, inventory accuracy, and timely execution in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a multi-unit POP MART ROBO Shop rollout and daily field visits.
• Respond to machine alerts, stockouts, and operational issues promptly.
• Recruit teams or partners to operate ROBO Shop and coordinate restocking.
• Perform field audits: inventory, cleanliness, and merchandising checks.
• Document installation progress with photos, checklists, and status reports.
• Assist with vendor scheduling and on-site troubleshooting during installs.
• Ensure new ROBO Shops meet brand and performance standards pre-launch.
