As a full time Windsor Co-Manager, you support the Store Manager in driving store productivity, coaching a team, and delivering an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail management experience.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team of up to 25 employees.
• Strong communication skills in group and one-on-one settings.
• Flexible and reliable schedule.
• Ability to analyze KPI reporting and translate numbers into actions.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and overall productivity, payroll and expenses.
• Coach and develop a high-performing team of Assistant Managers and Stylists.
• Ensure compliance with Windsor Merchandising Directives and Visual Guidelines.
• Provide an omni-channel Oasis experience to every customer.
