Job summary

Windsor Fashions Puerto Rico Llc is seeking a full-time Co-Manager to support the Store Manager in driving sales, payroll and expenses, while coaching a team of up to 25 associates. You will help create an Oasis brand experience and ensure Windsor merchandising and visual guidelines are followed.

You will lead by example, foster a culture of improvement, and maintain strong communication across teams to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• You have at least 1 year of retail management experience.
• Proven leadership experience and ability to develop and motivate a team of up to 25 employees.
• Strong communication skills in group and one-on-one settings.
• Flexible and reliable schedule to support store operations.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and KPI performance in partnership with the Store Manager.
• Coach and mentor a team of Assistant Managers and Stylists to deliver an Omni-channel Oasis experience.
• Analyze KPI reporting and translate data into actionable behaviors.
• Recruit, onboard and develop talent to build a strong, capable team.
• Ensure payroll, operations, merchandising and store standards are executed per Windsor guidelines.
