Job summary

Windsor Fashions Puerto Rico is seeking an Assistant Manager in Carolina, PR to join our store leadership team. You will support the Store Manager in achieving sales, shrink, payroll and expenses targets while coaching a high-performing team of Stylists and ensuring an Oasis experience for every customer.

The role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication, and a proactive approach to creating brand value. A flexible schedule and commitment to Windsor policies are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail management experience.
• Ability to lead a team of up to 25 employees.
• Strong problem-solving with customers and associates.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Flexible, reliable schedule including opening/closing.
• Able to stand, bend, lift up to 25 lbs.
• English reading/writing/speaking required.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and oversee daily operations.
• As host of the party, deliver an omni-channel Oasis experience.
• Assist Store Manager in talent acquisition and onboarding.
• Organize and plan to execute store priorities and visual standards.
• Lead by example, coach and develop Stylists for performance.
• Uphold Windsor policies and procedures with integrity.
• Support Merchandising directives and maintain a neat store.
