The Container Store is seeking a Retail Employee / Project Specialist in Overland Park, KS. You will greet customers, suggest storage solutions, design custom closets, and manage checkout with a focus on a superior shopping experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Retail sales experience a plus.
• Strong computer skills.
• Enjoys engaging with people and connecting with customers.
• Retail scheduling is flexible and necessitates adaptability.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes and greets all customers as Host in the front entrance or throughout the store.
• Connects with customers throughout the store and suggests organizational solutions.
• Designs and sells custom closets and storage solutions.
• Performs as a register person with a focus on great customer experience at checkout.
• Introduces and enrolls customers in the rewards program.
• Maintains the sales floor and presentation according to brand standards.
• Supports curbside or in-store pickup and delivery processes.
• Organizes the stockroom to support selling efforts.
• Performs cleaning routines including dusting and restrooms.
• Engages with customers to solve organizational challenges.
