Job summary

Sogeti, part of Capgemini Group, seeks a Client Partner for Columbus, OH to lead Retail portfolio growth and executive relationships. This role blends business development, account leadership, and delivery oversight to maximize client value and profitable growth.

You will own major accounts, drive revenue opportunities, and guide delivery governance while influencing CIO-level stakeholders across IT consulting engagements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing and growing large enterprise accounts in IT consulting.
• Strong background in Retail.
• Executive presence with ability to influence CIO-level stakeholders.
• Ability to define account strategy, growth, and delivery governance.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage large strategic accounts (typically $5M–$15M+).
• Drive organic growth and identify new revenue opportunities.
• Identify, qualify, and close new opportunities within the client account.
• Build and maintain relationships with C-level stakeholders, including CIOs.
• Oversee the portfolio of engagements to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction.
• Own revenue, margin, and growth targets for the account.
