Job summary

Michaels Stores is seeking a store associate to maintain the store’s cleanliness and recovery standards while delivering friendly customer service. You’ll assist customers, process checkout, and participate in omnichannel services such as Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship from Store.

You will also help with unloading trucks, stocking, and following planograms, while supporting shrink and safety programs and delivering an inviting store atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Preferred Type of experience the job requires
• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high standard of store cleanliness and recovery to deliver Brand Promises.
• Provide fast and friendly checkout; process cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollments; support Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship from Store.
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking, and planogram processes; support shrink and safety programs.
